1. Products

• Our limited edition t-shirts are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items per order or per customer.
• We make every effort to accurately display the colors and designs of our t-shirts on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors and designs you see on your screen will exactly match the actual product due to variations in computer screens and manufacturing processes.
• All sales of limited edition items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on our website are in IDR Indonesia Rupiah and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept payment via [list accepted payment methods]. Payment must be received in full before we can process and ship your order.
• You are responsible for any fees or charges that may be incurred when making a payment, such as credit card fees or currency conversion fees.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship our t-shirts only to Indonesia.
• We make every effort to print the product within 5 working days and ship your order within 7 working days of receiving your payment. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or shipping carrier delays.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including your full name, address, and phone number. We are not responsible for any delays or losses that result from inaccurate shipping information.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of THEORIES OF HAPPINESS or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable laws in Indonesia.
• You may not use or reproduce any content from our website without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall THEORIES OF HAPPINESS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
