Returns & Exchanges
At THEORIES OF HAPPINESS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at store@yakfu.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.
Please note the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within [number of days] days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Exchanges:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive your exchange, we will process your new item(s) within 14 days.
- If the new item(s) cost more than the original item(s), we will charge the difference to the original form of payment.
- If the new item(s) cost less than the original item(s), we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
Please note that all sales of limited edition items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
